New Admissions Packet for L&C Agency
First impressions are the most powerful. Our Admission Packet will not only provide a professional touch it will also be the starting point for a positive survey.
A unique feature is the 41 page running MS Word document that comprises the bulk of the admit packet. When you receive a new patient simply open the document. Double click the header and place the patients name and medical record number in the header of all 41 pages by entering it once.
