We ship two CDs to facilitate the guarantee, one CD is customized with your information and to your state if you select a State Specific Package. This CD contains a tamper proof seal that must remain intact for a refund. The second CD contains an example set of documents for you to review that are protected from copying and printing via a password. However, the customized state specific CD is not encrypted or password protected.

If you decide you want a full refund ,simply contact us via phone or email and return the documents via FedEx or UPS and contact us with the tracking number. When we receive both CDs and the tamper proof seal is intact on the customized CD, we issue a full refund. Return shipping not included.

If you order a hardcopy version we ship the printed documents after you have reviewed the CD.
